If you're talking about larger capacities you can get bigger CF cards for less money than SD of the same size, if they are even available yet (i e 1 gig sd cards aren't due out for awhile yet--but soon). For someone like me that uses their ax as a gps the cf slot is eaten up by the gps and I have only the sd slot for map storage. Of course if I switched over to a mouse gps that connect through the sync connector then my CF card would be free too.
