I had the exact same message after I upgraded my McAfee firewall software. Went round uninstalling and reinstalling everything with McAfee and Activesync, tweaking all the network settings trying to get it worked out. Finally just uninstalled the firewall part and put ZoneAlarm on my PC and things work fine now. Axim syncs everytime!:rolling:
