I ripped 28 days and converted it per the sticky guides in this forum. The file I was left with is 133mb. I have a cleanly formated 256mb CF in the slot. I used active sync exploror to go to the CF card and then did a drag and drop of the movie file. After about a half hour I get an error saying 28days could not be convert, not enough space.

Before hitting OK for the error if I look at the memory usage it says I have 48.8mb on the card and like 191mb free. Once I hit ok at the error the CF card drops to 4.0kb used and 244.5mb free.
