I have an X5 [Intel PXA255, ROM A02] running on 2002. As an owner of a company, I just purchased 2 refurbs that are running WM2003. I can see the difference between the 2 & now I'd like to upgrade. Can I use the CD that came with the refurbs or do I have to get just an upgrade????
