I do not know if any of you guys have Pocket PC 2003, or not. If you do, there are two volume controls. One is that little one that is always there on the top of the screen, and the other is the one in WMP. If the one on the top of the screen is all the way down, WMP will be very quiet even when on max, and the one on the top of the screen is all the way up, then WMP will be very loud even if WMP is at the minimum. Hope it helps. You may have to read through a few times kind of confusing.
