wowwwwwwwwww no wonder others are getting bad units there probably the ones u sent back :) hahaha just joking around. as for me i got my axim i do not know I AM A PICKY PERSON AS HELL but as of yet i have not found anything wrong with my AXIM for the 2 weeks i have had it. Only problem I have with it is that the Sync time for backups suck but i dealt with that by doing syncs wirelessly, i think dell GOOFED when they did not offer a USB 2.0 cradle aint like it would be a big deal to them i bet there next version will have it!
