I have not tried to see if this fixed my guest problem but I just found this on the Dell forum and it registerd the DLL as if it were not already registered.

I ran the following from the RUN menu: \WINNT\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL
and it registered the dll ...now my activesync works...crazy...thanks to the members in the forum for your help.
Oh, I got the fix from a post entitled RE: Activesync - Guest User PROBLEM - Dell Unresponsive
