On the actual upgrade CD, the only thing there is the installer and rom images. The extra CD that comes with it contains Microsoft Outlook 2002, ActiveSync 3.7, AvantGo, Media Player 9 (for your desktop), Adobe Reader, IA Presenter (for PowerPoint presentations),

It also has lots of shareware on it, including CityTime, Jeode Java Virtual Machine, Resco File Viewer, Agenda Fusion, E-Wallet, ListPro, McAfee Virus Scan, Resco Picture Viewer, TinyStocks (Stock Manager), Hexacto Full Hand Casino, Hexacto Tennis Addict, and ZIOGolf 2.

Correction: The Microsoft Games I previously mentioned isn't the actual software. The "Download now" link just sends you to Handango's Pocket PC download page (but those games aren't there.)
