Yeah, it's still not working correctly. I checked google group and dell's bbs. Some said it was caused by firewall settings. So as I tried. But, it doesn't work either, to me at least . Maybe I haven't found the right posts.
The good thing is that I still can use all the programs I already installed.
I still wish that some one can help me before I make a long process of calling cusotmer service, which, I suspect, won't be that much help.
