Mad The woes of Dell UK

I ordered two Axim performance models two weeks ago. After a week of dithering I finally got order numbers though and they sent off one of the Axims on Monday, it arrived this morning. The other they say they will not be able to delivery until 26 March! This is seven weeks after I ordered it, more than the two weeks they quote on their website. I have been trying to get through to them all day, sending emails and ringing them up. None of the promised calls back have materialised and no one has replied to my emails. What terrible customer service. If they do not get back to me with a revised shipping date I will be taking them to trading standards.
