This is what I would do.
Free way
1. Sign up for a Yahoo account if you already don't have one.
2. Login to
http://calendar.yahoo.com/ and click on the sync link on the bottom right.
3. Download Intellisync for Yahoo! (this will sync your addresses and appointments with the Yahoo calendar)
4. Sync with Yahoo.
5. Login to your address book at Yahoo!,
http://address.yahoo.com, and look for the Import/Export link on the bottom right.
6. Then just choose the Outlook option and export the addresses.
7. Open up Outlook and select File > Import and Export...
8. Follow the wizard to import your contacts
