The Built in Storage is the left over ROM from the OS, main memory is the RAM. In order to move the folders from a program you installed, you need to connect with Activesync, go to Tools-Add/Remove Programs, and find the program you want to move. Uncheck the box next to it, and it will be uninstalled from your device. Then do the same thing, but recheck the box. It will ask you if you want to install to the default directory, and choose no. Then select the location you want to install it.
