Mobility Site - View Single Post

My first post! I just encoded my first pocketPC divx video clip. I have it 320x240 rotated so that I can view it full screen on pocketMVP. One thing that I have noticed is that pressing the button that looks like an 'X' seems to expand the picture to a bigger size so that I can't see maybe 3/4 of the rest of the picture.

Does this mean that 320x240 is larger than the screen, and thus encoding it at this size is a waste of space? What size do you suggest?
