1. Could be a WiFi - pay as you go. There may be a charge to connect via a wifi - check at location. Have heard of this however do not know how they control it??
2. On laptops - this is a RAM memory problem. Although Axims have no RAM like laptops - check to make sure you have not run your flash memory too low.
