it doesn't seem to matter about the size of my files, they all jump! It's a well documented fact (i think) that when watching vids or listening to music off a CF card, it's prone to jumping. Do a search in this forum and you'll find some topics on the subject.

What actually happens in my case is when watching a video, it suddenly freezes picture, then a few seconds later the sound, then the timer says something ridiculous like '3256:29:13' before skipping to the next track (audio files are the same except the video bit doesn't freeze, coz there isn't one!). These symptoms appear in Windows media player, and at random points in the file.

PocketMusic also struggles on audio files, so it's not just WMP, however PocketTV and PocketMVP don't appear to have problems with mpegs (the files I want to view are wmv's so I can't use TV/MVP).

I have a friend whose father has an 2210 with an SD and doens't suffer, so I'm just asking if anyone can confirm that my problems will be solved when using an SD card.

Thanks
