I am supposedly entitled to a free upgrade to 2003 since I bought my X5 after 5/23, but no one at Dell knows anything. I keep getting bounced around between phone representatives and departments, chatting doesn't work, and they won't answer emails. I'm about ready to pay for the thing because of the quick service people are talking about here.
Does anybody know the correct phone number or person/department to talk to in order to get the free upgrade?
