Don't believe the hype/Squeaky wheel

I realize that Handango will not be happy to see this but I wanted everyone to know HOW DIFFICULT they make things for their customers. Sorry "H" but the way I was treated was ridiculous. Scroll to the bottom and start reading (WARNING:a lil long)

I don't want a refund, I just want all my info under one account. I don't understand why this is so difficult; though it could have something to do with the fact you don't have a PHONE!!!!!! Please help me resolve this. Thank you again for your time.

So what can I do, it's ridiculous that I payed for this product and I never know when a new version is out, b/c I was afraid of being spammed. I need to resolve this, please help, or get someone involved that can, please.

Since you don't know the password and you used an email account that doesn't exist I'm unable to have the updates sent unless you go to the developers site and sign up for the updates. You can do this by going to the product page and send and email to their support address.

I do apologize, but I'm unable to give the password. If you don't remember what it is, this will be a problem. Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to assist you with your problem.

Well, I don't know the password for the nospam@thanks.net account, I do have a reference # for my purchase though #######, if you gave me the password I would be able to update the account. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
