If you visit an IPAQ board will well see the same things...

The Axim is by far the best quality for the dollar. In fact even though I could afford a toshiba or an Ipaq I chose the Axim and haven't regretted it.

As with anything some people have issues but they can usually be worked out and dell customer service (after the sale at least) is superb.

Don't fret, when you hold your ax you will be impressed.

You spent your money wisely IMHO.
