I have one of the early PXA250 versions and the upgrade to WM2003 was extremely worthwhile.
There is a modest improvement in performance even without the internal bus option and the software improvements in ZWC,PIE, INBOX, and WMP 9.0 are in my opinion a necessary requirement now.
I don't believe the bus option is that big a deal; especially since battery life is reported to be significantly reduced when the higher bus speed is selected. (I think?)
I would venture to guess that alot of PXA255 users don't even use the option.

so in a nutshell, my ax 5 400 with pxa250 and a03 upgrade with dell wifi card...all that i bought less then a year ago..is already going out of style and seems to soon be forgotten....
