Even though I had a PXA255 X5, I always ran in Auto mode which means that the PXBus was running the same as the PXA250. I found this performed well for me and gave me good battery life. I was quite pleased with WM2003 at this setting. Hence, I probably would have been pleased with WM2003 on a PXA250.
