I dunno, my backup battery has been draining on it's own for at least a week now even though my main battery was juiced (I earlier erronously attributed this to BatteryPack).
I installed the new Dell driver(s), but it did nothing (that update is for charging the backup battery, that is for some it was "taking a long time" to recharge it--nothing to do with it draining to quickly though).
I'm in contact with Dell about it and trying different things, but I truly have no idea. The main battery also appears to be draining faster.
