NO, you do not need to own a small business to purchase from Dell SB. Just make up a small business name or use your name as the company name and you're set. Oh, and another thing. With Dell SB you have to pay sales tax, as opposed to not paying sales tax with Dell Home. So, even though it may seem slightly cheaper, it may not be. From what I've seen, Dell SB usually has better deals/coupons than Dell Home.
