By heavy load I mean an action game that needs lots of power to run, rather then a slower paced game like an RPG.

Thanks for the tips, I'm using the Bleeding Edge emu and overclocked to 400 mhz and its not very good for action games. I'm going to upgrade to W2003 and see how that works out.

I'll post some results when I get around to ordering W2003.
