They recently changed the layout of their site to require you to fill out the form to download. It is really quite irritating as I need the drivers for a Toshiba E335, and as you said they don't respond to the form. I called them up, and the guy claimed they don't sell Pocketop in the US, so I should have one. He wasn't much help at all. You can get some of the drivers at the Micro Innovations site, which makes the same keyboard as the Pocketop. http://www.mic-innovations.com/
