I remember a college professor once telling my marketing class, that a person with a product problem will tell an average of 50 people about their trouble. . . . a person with a product success will usually tell less than 10 people.
I once had a car dealer cheat me out of a $100 deposit. See, look at all of you people I just told about the business problem I had! (probably skewed the professor's statistic off the charts)
Anyway, when I read this Aximsite forum containing people's product opinions, I figure that there must be around 5 times the number of un-reported product success' for every problem noted. Which means a bunch of people are having virtually no problems with their Axims and loving them. (okay, my scientific statiscal theories may be flawed - please don't confuse me with any real facts!)
I'm one of those people - my success with the Axim has been nearly flawless! I'm doing Word docs, playing with Excel files, reading my email, playing games, looking at digital photos, reading eBooks, making up new "Today Themes", and of course keeping contacts and my calendar.
Get your Axim, be patient with your "learning curve", and realize that there's an answer for nearly everything (except for the slightly "mushy" d-pad buttion!)
