I've got the recipes figured out - it depends on the temperature- hotter outside, add more ice, and add more lemon and sugar so the ice doesn't dilute it too much. (I'd give you the actual recipe but not online - don't want it to be a spoiler for someone.)
I'm up to about $1800 with a lemon shaped stand in the mall!
