To change the glyph cache, first click on hkey_local_machine the find system, and click on gdi. After you open that up you will see glyphcache, open that and select limit, then change the value from 8??? to double that 32768.
This may help and it may not, some people say there is little difference, but I gained 3-5 frames on Super Mario World just from this. Also I installed lot more programs on my sd card and morphgear slowed down considerably (-10 frames), so keep that in mind too
