There is no place to legally download Outlook from .. If the CD works on your GF laptop I don't believe there is a problem with the CD .. Sounds more like there is a problem with your laptop (problem with your CD drive or possibly a software conflict) ..

You can try copying the file to your hard drive and running it from there ..

If that doesn't work then I really don't see how downloading it could work as your GF alrady proved the files work ...
