I spent a while with Dell service on this issue. It turned out I had some old version of outlook installed on my laptop (my laptop is a Dell that I purchased in October 2000 so it wasn't that old really)that I had to completely remove before I could get the newer version to download correctly from the disk. The folks at Dell patiently spent a good amount of time on the phone with me on this one, making sure I totally removed the other version. I must say that they were very patient, ONCE I finally got them on the phone.
