I'm truly no expert, but I got Resco Explorer because I heard it was a must have, and there's a "map network drive" function that, when I click it, it searches for computers on the network (provided your wireless is working). It found my shared folder on my laptop, and I can access my mp3s that way.

BTW, Resco Explorer isn't free, but you can try the trial just to see if it works.
