I dont personally have any experience with bluetooth, but I was having the same problem with my WiFi card. I had to reinstall the drivers a few times to get it to kick in (I think my sync had a problem with installing software). You should go to "Start / Settings" and then click on the 'Connections' tab and then click on the "Network Adapters" icon and make sure it is properly installed. If so, uninstall it directly from there and try to reinstall once again. Maybe it just had an issue installing. Before uninstalling unplug your cradle and replug it in. Maybe even in a new usb port. If it isnt there you know that your problem is it is not installed properly. Liek I said I have no experience with bluetooth, so im not even sure it would show up there, but id assume it would. Then after you have tried reinstalling again, try going to "Start / Settings" then the 'Connections' tab again, and then click on the "Connections" icon there, and clicking on "modify" under whichever setting you want and creating a setting specifically for the bluetooth adapter. That is what I had to do for my wifi card so i assume its the same.
Hope this helps out some.
