If you still have the Palm, use the PocketMirror app on the Palm CDROM to sync g the Palm to Outlook, then sync the Ax to Outlook.
If you don't have the Palm, I think you can export the Palm Desktop to a .csv file, then import it into Outlook from there. Look at Outlook under File, Import and Export, Import from another program or file for your options for importing and then the Palm desktop for export options and pick a match.
