Yup... It does a full back-up of your RAM. Remember, you have three storage types available to your Axim, RAM, ROM and memory cards. Back-up programs only backs up RAM content. ROM and memory cards contents do not get wiped out even after the power failure or hard-reset.. so.. no need to back up those...
