Dell star again with customer service!
I tried to order from Dell USA it took over 45 minutes to place the order, primarily because the rep was unable to find the upgrade details. In the end I read them to him off the internet order page. Finally they started to process the order but then told me they cannot accept VISA cards with a Canadian address. They told me to order from Dell Canada even though I explained that Dell canada does not have the product.
I have yet to receive a single reply from Dell customer service that is helpful. I am amazed that Dell remain in business.
