If you have an an mpeg already you can use the guide I wrote to convert to a divx avi

The resultant size will be about 1.2megs/minute of video you have, or about 145megs for a 2 hour movie... you can up the bitrates of course, but it's nice to store about 6 full length movies on your axim ^_^
