Well, its really upto you, if you have an external reader and you transfer a lot of data i suggest the faster memory card. I have 2 256mb Lexar 32x cards and one regular SanDisk card. The sandisk works well, but its half the speed on benchmarks. So all I use it for now is mp3s. The other 2 cards I use in my Digicam and programs on my X3i. I notice a huge difference when using them, mostly when i am browsing the card, or when the other user said while i am opening programs.
