Let's start with basics...

Remove your WCF12 card...

Goto START->SETTINGS->CONNECTIONS and click on Wireless Ethernet

The Configure Network Adapters window pops up... Do you see "WCF12 Wireless CompactFash Card" in the list of available adapters to modify? If not, you need to download the BETA drivers for the WCF12.

They can be found here:

ftp://ftp.linksys.com/beta/SW_CD_Beta081903PPC2003.zip

If you do, try getting a program like pocketwarrior and see if your router/ap is even giving off signals..
