Mobility Site - View Single Post - Installed program only shows up in File Explorer

I downloaded a program called VisualGPSce to check out for use with Geochaching, and then copied it over to the Axim. When I click programs however it doesn't show up. If I use the file explorer, it does show up. Any ideas on how to get it to show up under programs?
