2 options at this point... Redo it with flaskmpeg or something and turn on deinterlacing. Or use divx 5.0.3 and virtualdub, which both do deinterlacing.

Look at this thread for a much easier way than the recommended way to rip dvds that can do deinterlacing on the fly...

Divx 5.0.3 can be confusing and not work at all if you don't disable profiles... but it allows you to use basic deinterlacing.
Virtualdub's deinterlacing is better probably so you could still use virtualdub and divx 4.12

When you are choosing video compression options in the thread I setup just make sure to add the deinterlace filter as well.
