I do agree that Dr. Divx is very simple to use but can be a bit buggy. I also hated the fact that even though in can encode right from a VOB or DVD it had do be deincripted. In other words it can encode from standard DVDs. There are programs to decypt VOBs and make new ones, but that takes alot of time. As for WM encoder, yes it is dificult and confusing to use but once you get ur setup and profile set, just click start. I also think that some sort of basic standards are made as to encoding movies for the AXIM. I would be more than will to help write it and include files for it.
