I have servral books on my SD card that are over 1000 pages long. Most are a compilation of several stories by the same author. I have never had a problem with them. Just lucky I guess. But as for it being well documented I will do some research becasue I consider myself pretty well versed in using E-books since I have tried so many (readers and books) and have not heard of this issue. The book I currently have open and in front of me is 1478 pages long downloaded from Baen.com and it is reding fine.
