Hi All,

I just got my new Axim 3 wireless and love it but I am a 100% newbie to all this so thanks for bearing with these questions.

I loaded the Activesync CD and so far have transfered a spreadsheet and one mp3.....WooHooo!!

Heres my problem:

I downloaded AOL (Hell) Anywhere so I can email from my Axim and to that I had to download their Intellisync program and do the set up wizard with my nickname etc.

Loaded fine and is an icon on desktop however when I put the Axim in its cradle and hit the AOL Intellisync program and hit "Sync" I get the following message:

"The currently connected pocket PC device is not supported at this time"

Has anyone else had this problem or what did I do wrong?
