The Dell protectors are not designed to "stick" to the screen. They are basically held in place by the tabs at the top and bottom (and a little bit of static cling). Both my wife and I use the Dell protectors. I have problems with the bubbles, but she doesn't. When the bubbles appear, push on one corner of the protector with your stylus to lift it off the screen and the bubbles will go away, at least temporarily.
I have noticed though that the bubbles have been appearing less and less over the last few days. I wonder if some of the stickiness left after peeling off the back film eventually wears off.
I still haven't decided if I like the Dell protector or not. I did use a WriteRight before stealing one of my wife's Dell protector. It worked ok, but I have noticed that the dell is clearer.
