Hey there. I would try using the drivers from this thread:

I just loaded WM2003 last nite and used the CE400 drivers from Agere for my Truemobile 1180. Its working great! My internet is running so much faster now that I am on WM2003. (I'm sharing a dial up so any speed increase is great.;) )
