Another vote for Sprite Pocket Backup Plus. Had it installed when I converted to 2003 and had no issues. While ActiveSync could not restore after the conversion to 2003, Sprite did (after giving me a warning message). Sprite can backup and restore individual files, groups of files or everything on the PPC to the PC. Selection of files very similar to PC backup applications. Excellent program - saved me on several occasions.
