For Napster: If you bought the song (or CD) and didn't just download it through the "Premium" service, you can copy it to your device through Windows Media Player (Click File -> Copy -> Copy to Portable Device). I presume the device must have full partnership, but I am not certain. In the Napster FAQ, it says "Songs must be purchased before they can be transferred to a portable device"; so this implies songs downloaded with Premium service access won't work. You are also unable to burn premium service downloaded such songs to CD (unless you buy the songs), so reencoding to MP3 that way won't work either. There are other methods to do what you want, but you'll have to look them up on google.
