To get wireless AS going you must first make sure that you have an active partnership with AS on your desktop and you have successfully sync'ed via the cradle. The rest of the setup is on the Ax.

Goto Start -> Settings -> Connections Tab -> Connections -> Advanced -> Select Networks. Make sure that you have "My Work Network" selected for both drop downs. Now open AS on you Ax. Goto Tools -> Options. Make sure that your drop down has your desktop name selected. Also make sure that "Sync with this PC during manual sync" is checked. Hit the options button. If you want to maintain your AS connection, select "Maintain connection". If you only want it to sync and then drop the connection, select "Disconnect when done". You should now be able to tap the Sync button in AS on your Ax to start the sync process. Depending on your WiFi connection, this could be slow or you could drop connection if your signal is weak. As long as you can see your desktop via wireless you should be all set.

This is based on if you are using a AP or a WiFi router. If your AP or WiFi router supports DHCP then make sure that it is turned on and you are using DHCP. Otherwise you will have to assign a static IP to your Ax.
