Mobility Site - View Single Post - How do you stop ActiveSync from connecting to the internet?

Every time I put the Axim in the cradle, it syncs and if I'm not on the internet Avantgo connects my dial up connection. It's really annoying to have to continuely click cancel. Is there away to stop Avantgo or ActiveSync from dialing up automatically?
