Very doubtful, once bought and the program DownLoaded and installed, the "keyfile" is normally generated from your user info given during purchase and is checked against a keyfile algorithm already contained in the app.
Make sure you haven't changed anything in your Device's User Info since purchase of the app, 'though I really don't think
that would cause problems with a game app.
I've never bought anything from Handango that wasn't immediately useable once the keyfile was generated by them and sent to me either in an email or available in my Handango Account Information.
Some programs require you to download a seperate purchased version. Make sure you aren't trying to activate a Demo version.
Those are all the variations I can think of for now. If all else fails, contact Handango Customer Service and/or the Developer.
