Hell, 1/3 of the sites I visit anymore have more popups than content. Just surf with
AvantBrowser, MyIE2, or what have you, and don't sweat it. FreewarePPC has some good apps.
For themes, I think Pocketthemes is unreal (see link in previous post) -- over 40,000 themes! You're bound to find a dozen you like there, or just make your own.
